Seven-Day Appreciation Period
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, online purchases are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period. Please note, however, that the appreciation period is not a trial period.
Return and Exchange Conditions
Products must remain brand new, unopened, and in complete packaging, including all original accessories, warranty cards, and free gifts.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
The bicycle has been ridden on the ground, or the tires show signs of wear.
The product has been customized, modified, or fitted with non-original parts.
Product tags have been removed or cut, or the packaging has been damaged.
Defective Product Handling
If you receive a product and find any functional abnormalities, please upload photos within 24 hours through the “Contact Customer Service” function in the app. We will prioritize your case and assist you as soon as possible.
