Product Description

The Apidura Innovation Lab Bottle Cage Adapter allows a bottle cage to be moved up or down by 55mm, giving riders greater flexibility when arranging storage space on the bike frame.

The adapter converts a standard two-bolt bottle cage mount into a three-bolt mounting system, making cage placement more versatile and helping create additional clearance when using frame bags or other bikepacking equipment.

Installation is simple: mount the adapter directly onto the existing bottle cage bosses to create 55mm of vertical adjustment, then attach the bottle cage to the adapter using the supplied bolts.

With three available mounting holes, the adapter can transform a standard two-bolt mounting position into a three-bolt setup, supporting compatible cages, racks, or accessories for greater carrying flexibility on long-distance rides and bikepacking trips.

Made from lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, the adapter features a clean and low-profile design. Some frames only require a single adapter, while smaller frame sizes may benefit from using a pair to reduce overlap between bottles and frame bags.

When paired with a side-entry bottle cage, the adapter offers the best space-saving setup and is compatible with most two-bolt and three-bolt bottle cage mounting systems.
