Rider S800 takes the GPS cycling computer experience to a new level. Designed with a lightweight structure and high-quality materials, it features a high-contrast 3.4-inch large colour touchscreen made for outdoor visibility, over 36 hours of battery life, and a wide range of flagship functions. Among them, real-time group chat directly operated through the device is a next-generation innovation.

Large and Crisp MIP Screen

With a large 3.4-inch display, Rider S800 uses MIP, or Memory In Pixel, technology and an internal reflective layer to greatly improve outdoor visibility. The wide MIP display and ultra-narrow bezel deliver a clear, high-contrast, and easy-to-read viewing experience, making it Bryton’s top flagship model with no compromise in display clarity.

Group Ride

Riding together is more fun. Through the Bryton Active App, you can select a route, invite friends to join a group ride, and receive real-time updates from all members during the ride. Each rider’s live speed and relative distance are displayed individually, and the system can also detect whether a member has gone off route or lost signal.

Group Chat

Need to call your group ride partners, announce a rest stop, or simply cheer each other on? With Rider S800 and the Bryton Active App, you can quickly and safely send messages to your group through the group chat function. You can create preset messages in the Bryton Active App and send them quickly from the device, or type messages directly on your phone during a break. You can also use voice recognition on the device during the ride to enter customized messages.

Voice Search

Search for your destination without manual input. When connected to the internet, Rider S800’s voice recognition lets riders search for any place they want to go. Supporting more than 100 languages and powered by the Google search engine, voice search delivers a faster and more intuitive search experience.

Preloaded OSM Maps and Rich POI Information

Rider S800 comes preloaded with OSM maps, supports 16 levels of zoom, and provides a wide range of points of interest, including bike shops, medical facilities, water stations, restrooms, and restaurants. When the cursor is placed over a POI, Rider S800 displays simple information about that location. The preloaded OSM maps also enhance support for mountain bike routes.

Advanced Route Features

When you go off route, Rider S800 can automatically reroute and guide you back to the planned path when connected to a smartphone. Rider S800 also supports reversing start and end points, as well as returning to the starting point along the original route.

Turn-by-Turn Information

Whether exploring new routes or riding along a planned path, Rider S800 is your ideal companion. During route guidance, Rider S800 provides detailed turn information, including street names, points of interest, climb summits customizable through Bryton Active, distance, direction, and more, all displayed on the preloaded OSM map.

With the exploration route function, Rider S800 provides three route options based on your distance requirement, starting from your current location and returning to the same point, guiding you into unknown adventures while helping ensure a safe return.

Dynamic Cycling Data Support

With dynamic cycling data, Rider S800 provides more complete power training support and power data analysis. When paired with compatible pedal-based power meters, Rider S800 can display dynamic cycling data in numerical or graphical modes, including seated and standing riding, power distribution, PCO, and left/right balance.

Advanced Training Features

With Bryton Active and Rider S800, users can quickly create or import structured workouts. During training, workout steps are displayed graphically, with zoom controls supported directly on the device. Rider S800 also displays a training progress bar, providing comprehensive support for professional power-based training.

Smart Trainer Support

Through ANT+ FE-C transmission, Rider S800 can pair with most smart trainers on the market, creating more fun and challenging indoor rides. It can control smart trainer resistance, import training plans, and support virtual ride functions.

After pairing with a smart trainer through ANT+ FE-C and importing a route file through the Bryton Active App, the device can simulate the gradient values of each section of the real terrain. Climb Challenge

Whether challenging yourself, training, or racing, Rider S800’s new Climb Challenge feature helps you reach new heights. After importing a route into the Bryton Active App, Bryton automatically creates climb segment information. When riding a planned route, Rider S800 provides upcoming climb details before the segment begins, including a graphical climb profile, gradient colour zones, climb distance, elevation, ascent, and starting point, giving riders clear climb information at a glance.

Live Track Sharing

With the new Bryton Live Track feature, you can share your ride status and location with family and friends in real time. The Bryton Active App makes it easy to create a link and share it through messaging or social platforms, allowing family, friends, or coaches to track your ride progress through a web page. The page displays your ride track, real-time location, speed, riding time, total trip time, and distance.

Smart Radar Support

Rider S800 supports ANT+ smart bike radar systems and can detect approaching vehicles from behind. During the ride, the side of the data page displays vehicle alerts, using different colours and warning sounds to indicate different danger levels, helping riders quickly understand their surroundings.

Light Sensor for Clear Display in Different Conditions
